Kenneth W. Allen Jr. was born and raised in Wharton, Texas. He graduated from Wharton County Junior College with an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies and from Texas Southern University with his Bachelor of Business Administration. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Attorney Allen decided to further his education by pursuing his Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from Nova Southeastern University.
As a licensed Texas lawyer, Attorney Allen has helped countless individuals and has changed many lives for the better.
As a small child, Attorney Allen always desired to be a lawyer. His father recalled him stating that he wanted to be an attorney as early as 5th grade. The desire to be of service to others is what drives him. He has genuine compassion and commitment to helping others in need.
Attorney Allen was sworn in as Wharton County’s first, born and raised, African American Attorney by the Honorable Judge Frank Fraley.
